Position: Graduate Intern – Customer Success (Finance)

Responsibilities

1. Learn and understand the full Streamline System, with particular focus on the Finance Module and its linkages to other modules.
2. Support the Customer Success Team in conducting user training sessions for new and existing clients on Finance features such as billing, receipts, payments, and reporting.
3. Provide user support to clients on the Finance Module and its related workflows.
4. Record client feedback, recurring challenges, and training outcomes for internal reporting.
5. Collaborate with both the Customer Success and Technical Teams during client visits and support engagements.
6. Participate in follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction after training or support sessions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
4. Ability to grasp new systems quickly and apply knowledge to real-world client scenarios.
