We believe that data saves lives, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to help us
scale our mission through effective online marketing and B2B outreach.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead client acquisition, activation, and referrals using digital channels
2. Design and execute targeted LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation campaigns
3. Grow our brand presence through social media, email campaigns, and paid digital ads
4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business development goals
5. Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to potential clients
6. Create and manage content, including visuals, infographics, and social media creatives
7. Gather and report market insights and client feedback to inform product innovation
8. Maintain marketing and sales records and track campaign performance
9. Prepare and submit weekly reports on Key Performance Indicators
What We’re Looking For
1. A degree in Marketing, Business Computing, IT, Communications, or related fields
2. 2+ years of digital marketing experience, especially in B2B sales
3. Proven expertise with LinkedIn advertising and digital lead generation
4. Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRMs, and email platforms
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are an added advantage
7. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
8. Experience in running digital marketing campaigns
9. Proven track of digital conversion of leads to sales
10. Proven record of maximizing ad spend and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
