Streamline Health was one of the 264 applicants from 81 countries worldwide that responded to the 2022  Entrepreneurs for Resilience Award call for applications from the Swiss Re Foundation. The Foundation offers grants to entrepreneurial initiatives that take innovative approaches to building resilient societies and realizing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The 2022 award theme focused on improving financial access to healthcare.   In the 2022 call award cycle, "the Swiss Re Foundation targeted innovative solutions that increase financial access to healthcare in low-income communities. In order to be eligible for the 2022 award, an enterprise had to take a business-minded approach that increases the resources available to households to pay for healthcare and/or that reduces health shocks that lead to poverty or economic vulnerability following a disease or an accident".

There were 264 applications from 81 countries that were submitted in the 2022 call and a team of experts from the Swiss Re Foundation.,  reviewed all the applications through a vigorous multistage exercise and selected the three finalists one of which is Streamline Health's Application. The three finalists were then invited to pitch their ventures to a jury of Swiss Re senior executives, a representative from academia, and a Swiss Re client, the event took place on September 6th and 7th  2022 and the final award ceremony was broadcasted live for anyone to attend virtually globally, At the end of the award ceremony, the  Jury announced Streamline Health as the overall award winner of the 2022 Entrepreneurs for Resilience. Streamline Health Tech. Co. ltd was the only applicant from Uganda and East Africa in the top three finalists.
